Meet Therapist Julie Ruiz, M.A., L.P.C.
What It’s Like to Work with Me:
If we decide to work together, I want you to know from the start: your care is my priority. I am deeply committed to your healing, and I take that responsibility seriously. This isn’t just a job for me; it is a calling.
I intentionally keep a smaller caseload as I believe in giving each person the time, attention, and focus they truly deserve. I take the time to get to know you, remember the details, and work alongside you toward the goals we set together. Our sessions aren’t rushed, and often go beyond the hour depending upon what’s coming up. I want you to feel supported, seen, and truly cared for.
I bring many years of experience, insight, and training into our sessions along with an open mind and a deep respect for your unique perspective and experience. I blend the wisdom that comes with experience with a fresh, relevant approach tailored to what you're navigating right now.
Just as you’re thoughtful about choosing a therapist, I’m also intentional about who I work with. If we’re a good fit, you’ll feel the difference: real connection, trust, meaningful progress, and a therapist who’s genuinely invested in your growth and well-being.
